Description: Underpinning and Foundation Piles to Commercial building for Woolworths Pty Ltd. Ganellen Construction had to ensure that the load bearing wall on the the adjacent building (Golden Chief Hotel) was not compromised during the construction works. AFS were contracted to underpin piles to both elevations / buildings neighboring Ganellen's block. This was an easy and standard job for AFS. Three days on site. 40x Screw Piles installed
